ASDAN Life Skills Course

This free eight-week ASDAN Life Skills Course is designed for young adults aged 16 and above with additional support needs. The programme will be delivered in a supportive, small-group environment to help participants develop their confidence, independence and practical skills needed for everyday life, further learning, volunteering and future employment. A formal diagnosis is not required to take part.

What you'll learn

Participants will explore a range of practical life skills, including:

  • workplace communication and health and safety
  • independent travel skills
  • budgeting and cooking
  • healthy relationships and safeguarding
  • community participation
  • personal development and confidence building

Course details

Start Date: Monday 31 August

Duration: eight weeks

Frequency: Mondays, 10am to 2.30pm

Location: Geilsland Estate, Beith, KA15 1HD
