  • circumstances which require support
  • caring responsibilities
  • place of birth

  • gender
  • current employment details
  • employment history
  • disability and health

What your information will be used for

The data will be used to support your progression towards employment, education, training or other positive outcomes and as such will be used for the following purposes:

  • to avoid the unnecessary need for you to complete another registration form each time you receive assistance from a different training or employment organisation
  • to allow organisations detailed below to monitor the success and performance of services offered and to undertake evaluations
  • to contact you for feedback regarding the quality of services provided to you to monitor compliance with equal opportunities legislation
  • to enable organisations involved with Your Next Move, Working North Ayrshire to identify the most appropriate support for you

Who your information may be shared with

Your information may be shared with the following organisations:

  • Representatives of employability services, education and training organisations operating under the terms of Your Next Move, Working North Ayrshire
  • Representatives of the North Ayrshire Council and its partners (CEIS, The Ayrshire Community Trust, SALUS, Ayrshire College, The Lennox Partnership, DWP, Job Centre Plus, North Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership, Skills Development Scotland, SQA, CHAP, CLASP, Impact Arts, Barnardos, Enable (Leading the Way), RAMH, Hi! People (t/a Hub International), Radio City Association, Beith Trust, The Prince’s Trust, Street League)
  • Funders, administrators and auditors of public funds
  • Third party contractors acting on behalf of Scottish Government to evaluate the effectiveness of and services operating under the No One Left Behind approach.

Data will normally be exchanged electronically between the parties.
