Progression into work

Louise, a lone parent to three-year-old twins, registered with Working North Ayrshire and secured a Skills for Life opportunity, the placement hours of 10am–2pm were ideal, allowing her to balance work with nursery drop-offs and pickups. She quickly settled in and started applying for jobs and has now secured a position as a Catering Assistant in a local school and is loving being a working mum with an increased household income to support her family.
